Chocolate Raspberry Banana Pancakes

The perfect Saturday morning breakfast. Like the Jack Johnson song, these pancakes are sure to put a smile on your face. With only 6 ingredients, many of which can be modified or replaced altogether, this recipe is one of my favorites. Try it out for yourself and see what I mean.

Mindful Modification:
Try adding a tablespoon of all-purpose flour for fluffier pancakes. You may also choose to use gluten-free rolled oats and mix them in a blender if you don’t have a food processor.
Mindful Modification:
Instead of cocoa powder, try vanilla extract. Don’t have dates on hand? Try maple syrup or another sweetener of your choice. Add a little at first, taste, and then add more as needed. The riper the bananas, the sweeter the batter will be!
